Statewide Assessment Redesign Survey

Thank you for taking time to provide feedback on the statewide assessment reports. Your expertise and insights are valued as we work to improve the reports you receive from the statewide assessments each student takes. All responses to this survey will remain anonymous. This survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.

The purpose of this survey is to gather initial feedback about how you use statewide assessment data and for what purposes. Your feedback will also help the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) understand what information various groups would like to have in the future with the implementation of new academic standards.

MDE is seeking feedback from individuals across a variety of groups, including:

Students in Grades 8–12, or Recently Graduated High School Students
Parents, Guardians, or Caretakers of a Student in Grades K–12
Classroom Educators or Support Staff
School-Level Leadership Staff
Assessment Coordinators (District and/or School)
District-Level Leadership Staff
Community Group Members or Leaders
State Agency Staff

You will receive a set of feedback questions assigned to you based on your indicated group.
